After a little while of Aussie MMA fans waiting to see what fights would be added to UFC 312 in Sydney we finally have some fights to breakdown and one which i predicted perfectly
Stewart Nicoll vs Rei Tsuruya
Flyweight: Stewart Nicoll vs Rei Tsuruya this is a very underrated Grappler vs Grappler match up both are very strong top heavy grapplers so it will be interesting to see if we see this turn into a striking match or if one is able to overpower the other in grappling but I expect a lot of crazy sprawls and grappling transitions here as Stewart Nicoll aims for redemption against another talented grappler after his UFC debut didn't go his way.
Jimmy Crute vs Marcin Prachnio
Light Heavyweight: Jimmy Crute vs Marcin Prachnio now I actually fully called this fight in my UFC 312 match making article I really Like this fight it’s a traditional Striker vs grappler and if you want to dive even deeper its Jiu Jitsu vs Karate I like this fight a lot for Crutes return to MMA and hope to see his heavy grappling on display here.
Quillan Salkilld vs Anshul Jubli
Lightweight: Quillan Salkilld vs Anshul Jubli Now I won't sugar coat this fight I really do see this fight being one way traffic in Favour of Salkilld I see both the grappling and striking in favour of Quillan as well the power cardio and athleticism I am interested to see what Approch Quillan will try to take in this fight but either way I expect a great Performance.
